Be aware that for security reasons this account setup process is not automated and immediate. Your access request will be validated by a person to ensure that it is legitimate.
This process normally includes an approval request by automatically generate email to the person you enter as your manager or system access sponsor (the form is on the next page).
Due to this "real person" approval process, account creation is not immediate, you can help speed it up by letting your manager/sponsor know that they'll be recieving an approval request for access.
